Products and personalisation

The essential characteristics, materials, dimensions, options and prices are shown on each product page. Handcrafted creations may have slight variations. An engraving preview is indicative; the information confirmed in the cart and order confirmation is used as the reference for production.

The customer is responsible for checking the name, date, gold colour and other options before confirming the order.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and any additional costs are displayed before payment. The available payment methods are those offered during checkout. The order becomes final only after payment has been accepted and a confirmation has been sent.

Availability and acceptance

We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of unavailability, an obvious pricing error, a payment issue, suspected fraud or a technical inability to produce the requested personalisation. In that case, any amount already received for the affected items will be refunded.

Production and delivery

Personalised jewellery is made to order. The applicable preparation times are shown on the product page or in the order confirmation. Delivery areas, rates and times are described in the Shipping Policy and on the Shipping & Returns page.

Right of withdrawal

For non-personalised items purchased at a distance, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt to notify us of their withdrawal, followed by 14 days to return the item.

This right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, including medallions made or engraved according to the customer’s choices. This exception does not affect rights relating to faulty or non-conforming products. Full details and the model form are provided in the Refund Policy and on the Shipping & Returns page.

Legal guarantees

Products benefit from the applicable legal guarantees, particularly in the event of a lack of conformity. If a product is damaged, faulty or does not match the order, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and any useful supporting information. We cover the return costs for faulty or non-conforming products.

Liability

Our liability is not excluded or limited where prohibited by law. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, nor for damage resulting from use contrary to the product’s characteristics or care instructions.

Personal data

Data required to process an order is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Complaints and governing law

For any complaint, first contact maude@teddy-oly.com so that we can seek an amicable solution. Consumers may also contact the Luxembourg Consumers’ Union or the European Consumer Centre for a cross-border dispute.

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection available in their country of residence.
